1 Install the program as described in the installation section of the manual.
2 Start your copy of ccMail (version 2 or 3).
3 Create a blank new message (command m).
4 Give it a title.
5 Call up the address book program using "command shift number"
6 Use keys "command G" to get to the Gateways Dialog.
7 Press the "new" button and input the name of the mail gateway that you plan to use into the "Gateway Name" field, (remember use as few as characters as possible - if necessary practice typing in the ccMail address field, ccMail automatically completes names for you after enough characters have been put in to make the name unambiguous).
8 Press "OK"
9 press the "Make Default" button.
10 Press OK - to go back to main window.
11 Press "Import…" and load in the "demo.txt" file.
12 Use keys "command A" to select all the items.
13 Press "Address"
14 and behold an addressed message with a text body should be created (you can send it to me if you want to - give me some feed back).
